A bit sad, after teaching this morning’s yoga class, knowing the studios will be closed for group classes for the next two weeks. But: I will be using the time to develop more yoga programs for all of you working from home: stiff shoulders, aching neck, sore back, RSI complaints? DM me for a personal yoga training in lovely studio spaces in Amsterdam. Also for more experienced yogis wishing to deepen their practice and beginning yogis wishing to learn a bit more about the basics.
